The Membership Committee meets monthly under the chair of the Club's Vice President and reports to the Club Council under the chair of the President.

This Committee has responsibility for:

 

* Membership recruitment and retention, including caring for members of members' families who are ill or disabled

* Public Relations and Marketing

* Sports, including both District and Club only knock-out events

* Maintaining attendance records and Attendance

* Publication of the club's monthly bulletin

* Ensuring that the Club shop is suitably stocked and liaison with all arrangements for meetings at Milford Hall Hotel
