Rotary Club History

Rotary is about making new friends whilst engaging socially and working on a variety of community related projects. Our objective is simply to help those who are less fortunate both within the local Salisbury Community and worldwide with  some 33,000 clubs in 200 countries around the word with a total membership in excess of 1,200,000.

We are one of the 70+ Rotary Clubs in the Wessex Region, with a diverse membership of 29 men and women, from various backgrounds, professional and business, both currently employed and retired.

Our aim is to help others both in our own community and internationally. We give our time, talents and support freely where it is most needed. We want to make a difference in our community – and we do.

Rotary can and has change and improve lives for many people both in this country and abroad – and you could be a part of this Team –making a real difference where it truly counts.
